Corner Cabinet Basket Configuration

This corner cabinet storage unit is shown with rectangular wire baskets arranged at two levels around a central frame. For cabinet makers and kitchen-hardware distributors, the basket layout and mechanism must be matched to the cabinet opening and the space behind it.

When sourcing a blind corner pull-out organizer, request the installation drawing and a demonstration of the selected mechanism. A front-view product photo does not establish its complete travel path, door connection or left- and right-hand compatibility.

Measure the Opening and Blind Corner Space

The parameter table lists cabinet widths of 900, 800, 750, 720, 700 and 600 mm. Confirm what each listed width refers to and which configuration it supports. Cabinet width alone does not establish that the unit can pass through the door opening or move inside the blind corner.

• Provide a plan view showing internal cabinet width and depth, clear door-opening width and the blind section.
• Mark the door hinge side, opening angle, internal height and any pipes or other obstructions.
• Confirm the required operating direction and whether the quoted version is handed or reversible.
• Check fixing positions, door connections and clearance throughout the opening and closing sequence.
• Confirm basket dimensions, vertical spacing and clearance for the cookware or containers to be stored.

Agree the Mechanism and Supply Specification

Confirm the basket count, mounting parts and mechanism included in the quotation. Request load ratings and test conditions for each basket and the complete assembly. Specify any closing-control requirement separately and verify it on the selected sample.

The listed materials are Steel or Stainless Steel. Agree the material grade and finish for the baskets, frame and moving components rather than assuming that every part uses the same material.
