This cabinet storage rack combines a rectangular metal frame, wire storage sections at different heights and upper support rails. For importers, distributors and cabinet manufacturers, the useful starting point is the complete rack layout: check the space available for each item and the installation requirements of the selected assembly.

Match the rack to your intended storage range before specifying accessories. Bottles, jars and kitchenware have different base sizes and access requirements. Check shelf spacing, wire gaps and retaining edges against the actual items; do not assume that every section is suitable for small spice jars or utensils.

Confirm Cabinet Fit and the Operating Mechanism

The table lists cabinet widths of 600, 700, 750, 800 and 900 mm. These are cabinet-width options, not verified rack dimensions or minimum clear openings. Send the cabinet drawing so the required internal width, depth, height and mounting clearance can be checked for the selected version.

• Installation position: identify where the rack will sit in the cabinet and provide the door and hinge arrangement.
• Mounting: request fixing locations, the hardware list and installation instructions. Confirm the supporting cabinet structure before approving the sample.
• Movement: obtain a drawing or demonstration of the selected mechanism, including its direction of travel and clearance in the open position.
• Closing action: if soft-close operation is required, specify it in the enquiry and confirm it on the actual sample.
• Load: request limits for each storage section and the complete assembly, together with the installation and test conditions.

Material, Finish and Accessory Requirements

The current specification lists Steel or Stainless Steel. Confirm the material grade and finish for the frame, storage sections and operating hardware separately. Use the chosen sample and component list as the reference for the order.

Agree any required liners, holders, brackets and fixings explicitly. If your range needs a specific corrosion test, load test or cleaning instruction, include that requirement in the enquiry so its scope and availability can be reviewed. Metal appearance alone does not establish the grade or performance of the complete assembly.

Wholesale and OEM Enquiry Checklist

Send the product link, cabinet drawing, selected width, intended stored items, material and finish requirements, quantity and destination. For OEM or private-label supply, include branding, packaging and instruction-language requirements.

Before bulk supply, review a sample in the intended cabinet. Check access to the upper and lower sections, door clearance and operation with the agreed contents. Confirm which parts are included, packed dimensions, carton quantity and protection for the frame and hardware.

Production timing and transport arrangements are agreed for the order and destination. Report any product issue with photographs of the affected parts and installation so the cause and appropriate remedy can be assessed.
